Information you provide
Our enquiry forms collect your name, company, email address, optional telephone number, requirements and message. We also receive information you send directly by email. Please avoid including sensitive personal information or confidential information about other people unless it is necessary for your enquiry.
Why we use your information
We use enquiry information to respond, understand your requirements and discuss relevant services. For ordinary business enquiries, we rely on our legitimate interest in communicating with prospective customers about services they have requested. Where you personally request steps before entering a contract, we process the necessary information for those steps. Providing enquiry information is voluntary, but without sufficient contact details we may be unable to respond. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
Service providers and access
Website enquiries are handled by the business owner. The website and forms use Framer, and enquiries are delivered to our Gmail mailbox through Google. We do not use a CRM or mailing-list service for these enquiries. These providers may process information outside the UK, including in the United States. Framer describes contractual safeguards, including the UK transfer addendum where applicable; Google describes safeguards including the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. How long information is kept
For enquiries that do not become client relationships, we review and delete the enquiry information 12 months after the last meaningful contact, unless a specific legal obligation or dispute-related reason requires us to keep it longer. Where longer retention is necessary, we keep only the information needed for that purpose and review it when that reason ends. Information relating to client engagements is retained according to the engagement and applicable record-keeping requirements.
Your rights and complaints
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your information, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. If processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it. Contact primorfoodsafety@gmail.com to make a request or raise a concern. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Website measurement
We use Framer’s built-in website measurement to understand visits and page activity. Framer describes this measurement as cookie-free. We do not currently use Google Analytics or advertising tracking tags. We will update this notice and any required consent choices before introducing additional tracking.
